vaginal sores, what could this be?

i have some sores around my vagina. i know they are not herpes, or any result of an std.

i’m going to the doctor tomorrow.

but i was wondering if any of you know what i could have:
i have round sores which are very tender and sore and swollen.
i have liquidy discharge and a bit of an odor.

what type of treatment will the doctor prescribe?
if you know of any websites that have descriptions/pictures of different conditions that could possibly help me in the process of finding out what i have, please post them.
