do you think this weird encounter is a possible risk of herpes?

I’m 16 and from the philippines.
I’m going to get tested on the seventh of september.

Here is my case.
Please take this seriously as i have still not calmed my mental unrest.
I’ve been tormented and scared of herpes.

today, it was hot outside and i went to the store, and i saw someone walk past me, my hands was in front of me and i felt something hit my finger. I’m not sure if it was saliva or not but immediately i felt it when the woman walked pass me. I looked at the woman, (she was asian) and when i looked closely, i noticed like a slight reddening area around her vermillion of her upper lip area. But i didn’t see any blisters or anything. Is it a possible risk? or am i just being paranoid at all?

Please help, it’s really worrying me now that i’m not even letting my hand touch any other area on my body.

I would gladly appreciate all of your opinions big time.
